I’ve been drawn to hair and creativity for as long as I can remember. I was the kid learning how to braid, pretending I knew how to cut my little sister’s hair, and telling everyone I wanted to be an artist someday.

That eventually led me to hair school—and nearly 19 years later, I still love this industry for the same reason: I get to create art, connect with people, and continue learning every day.

One of my favorite parts of being behind the chair is the consultation. You don’t have to walk in knowing exactly what you want—that’s my job! I like to say I speak both hair and regular human, so we can talk through your ideas, lifestyle, maintenance, and inspiration and create something that actually works for you.
